There was this woman on the beach in San Fran in February in a nice red coat and pink heels just looking at the water.... took a picture of it and started to make an illustration. How could I not? I think I'll pick this one up again...

Trying to find a style here...

I'm running out of time to finish this little story so I'm working on a looney tunes inspired style (though it's hard to tell haha) that will work for this project and not take too long per illustration.
